FAQ’s
How do we create designs?
We introduce you to our designer who will create digital mockups for you to present to the club/committee. If you can give a colour scheme and any initial ideas this will help to speed up the design process.
Can you do individual custom products?
Yes, however our minimum order starts at 15 units.
Can I get a physical sample?
If you are based at a University where we have a Campus Brand Manager they should be able to meet you to show you a sample product. When you enquire please specifiy that you would like to see a sample and we can see if there is a Brand Manager at your University. They will also be able to help you with designs and create your custom order.
What are the lead times?
At the point of signing off the confirmed order it will be a 6-8 week production time. This is because we are creating your entirely unique fleeces from scratch.
Are there discounts for larger orders?
Yes, the more you order the cheaper the price! Your account manager will give you full insight into our pricing model once you enquire.
What are the colour options?
On our polar fleece and cotton products we have a wide range of fabric colours. We cannot always do an identical 'pantone' colour match. But we will send you images of fabric swatches so you can find the closest match to your desired colour. Louisiana, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Washington.
Follow the steps below for a seamless returns process:
- For each item, please indicate a reason for return using one of the Return Codes listed on the order form included in your package.
- Attach your UPS return label to the outside of the package. There is no cost to use this label.
- Drop off your package at the nearest UPS location. Please make note of your tracking number so that you are able to track it on its way back to us.
Can we get initials on individual products?
Yes we do offer the option to get individual initials on your custom products however there is a surcharge for this service.
Do you charge for delivery?
No, the delivery charge is included
How do we pay?
At the point of signing off the custom order we will also send you an invoice. We will need payment of this invoice via bank transfer to start the production of your bespoke order.
Can I change my order once it's signed off?
At the point of sign off we are unable to make any changes or additions to the order as it is now in the production stage. If you would like to order extra products this will need to be placed as a second order and they cannot be added to the initial order.
Can you help us with collating orders from our members?
Your account manager will share with you a handy Google Sheet which will allow you to take and track orders from your members. This will help you keep it in one centralised place and will also enable the Y1 account manager to put this into an order sheet for sign off.
How is Y1 Sport sustainable?
In 2021 we made the decision to go carbon neutral. This means that any carbon we emit, we ensure to offset that same amount into carbon offsetting projects. This process has all been conducted by our sustainability consultants, Carbon Jacked. We know we are not perfect and we are on a journey to continually reduce our carbon footprint.
